I like this site, but I'm not a YA/MG reader/writer. Still, I think you guys have some very interesting posts. I read what appeals to me in general as a writer.

Characterization, plot concept, pacing, voice, tone, transitions, etc; things essential to any story, no matter genre. You have good advice/insights. I don't read the author interviews of YA/MG, but I read a lot of your posts, even when I don't comment.

Well, some of the YA fantasy appeals to me. It reads like the outdated Raymond E Feist, Jack Chalker, Anne McCaffry . .

This is one of my favorite sites to visit, regardless of content. The variety is what draws me. As a casual or infrequent reader, I'm probably not much help in your poll.

But I think the site, and the contributing authors, is helpful for the writing insights provided.

Thank you for asking your viewers opinions, and thanks for being such an inspiration to me sometimes.

I have to say, I really like your honesty. As hard as it might be for you to admit it, it's nice for me to know that you struggle with your writing as much as the rest of us.

It sort of gives us hope, in a way. You know?

But I also like learning about your writing processes and what that's like. And I also love to celebrate with you in your successes.

Congrats to all of you for being such great writers and for caring enough to put yourselves out there on this blog. I think it's great.

I do check in with you guys. Um, I tend to like posts about life and writing. About what inspires you. Not too turned on by book reviews.

This is an awesome blog and has done an excellent job with keeping current and giving me great tips on writing.

I wanted to suggest an idea for an article. Male Characters in Dystopia fiction. I understand most of the authors for the blog are women and that the market is very much geared to girls of the YA market, but I am trying to figure out what boys would get out of the genre or what they would like.
